In the 20th and 21st Century, people who succeeded in their various areas of life, when they came to a place of age and maturity, were glorified as they were selected to their various Halls of Fame.  As a matter of fact, you may just be surprised how many there really are. Check this out:

I bet you did not even imagine their are so many of these honoring their honorees. 

Results of Being Inducted

Now, each and everyone, of the people inducted were really honored by being able to have been inducted.  They were, and are, delighted by this honor.  Many wept, and they could barely speak, as they entered their position in this special place in history. Some, perhaps, felt they were immortalized by becoming a part of their very own Hall of Fame.  Some, became even more rich by this honor. Their wealth served them well. 

However

While it was nice, to be honored and become wealthy, it  did not, nor does it, make them any different than the rest of we mere human beings.  For all found, or they will find, themselves going the way of all humanity. They are exactly like the rest of we who are mere mortals:  Everyone must get older or old. Everyone must go through the "Valley of The Shadow of Death." Indeed, being special in your own way does not make you immortal. But The Creator's Hall of Fame, not only provides a better quality of life, it sets the stage for ALL eternity.


The Greatest One of All

The greatest Hall of Fame comes as a gift from our Creator. To join these Saints in Hebrews 11,  it is all about authentic faith. It is about the Almighty giving us grace to believe, and to overcome unbelief; additionally, we have an advantage over these Old Testament Saints: We have Jesus as LORD of All. We have the blessed Holy Spirit flowing through us, and He is the ONE who gives out "The Gift of Faith!" for all who want to become a part of God's Faith Filled Hall of Fame.  

Are You Interested?
If you are interested in learning more about this, come back again, and we will be examining some plain old ordinary people who, by faith, were impowered to do extraordinary things. And they were able to belong to this august body of believers because of embracing God's promises, holding on tight to them, and living & dying accordingly.  Hallelujah! You, and I,  do have the opportunity to be among their number. You too can be blessed to be an overcomer as you seek to become a part of God's faith filled Hall of Fame. 

Meanwhile, read Hebrews 11.  Re read it. Read it out loud.   (Romans 10:17) Let it build your faith. Study it. Meditate on it. Maybe memorize parts of it, like verses 1 & 6.

  One of the deadliest, and life-threatening diseases, is heart disease, and journeying through life with this debilitating morbidity is an overwhelming thing to be sure. That is unless you have the Lord God Almighty walking with you every step of your journey; additionally, you can become overwhelmed, not necessarily by this particular disorder, but you can really be dealing with overwhelming trauma, that simply drags you down to the valley of the shadow. Perhaps, it can best be said like this: You are going along in life, and BAM! Life comes at you in ways you were not anticipating.
