Paul was writing to Timothy, and in 2 Timothy 3:15-17, and he gave Brother Timothy some important information about The Word of God. Let me encourage you to read it. And when you do, you will learn Seven vital things the Word of God does in you, and these are: The Word makes you wise in salvation ways. It is breathed out by God. Or it inspires you. It is profitable. It teaches you what God wants you to know, be and do. It teaches you what God wants you to stop. It corrects your course of life It instructs you in right way living to equip you to do God's work. Hurricanes: Getting A Reputation Matthew 8:23-27 I am a man who sincerely believes God still rules the winds and the waves, even in Hurricane Season; therefore, as they start coming our way, I start praying. In the 2004 hurricane season, I did not do so, and we were soaked badly with 4 Hurricanes: They are named Ivan, Charley, Jeanne and Frances. I simply said,  “I don’t feel like praying about this.”    BIG Mistake!   I have learned my lesson!
