Making Psalm 23 Come Alive In You

Read The 23rd Psalm, and Then ... A couple of days ago, in my video blog www.rock-solid-living.com   ( You may have to copy and paste this to your Url to get it to open.)   I shared wisdom regarding "God's Psychiatry," I hope you will take time to view this because I believe, through what God discloses, it can change your life, and help bring you emotional balance. In addition to this, I am sharing a little bit of a twist on this video blog here in our www.achristfollower.blogspot.com . So, please listen up. Let's see what can happen to you when you follow through on this challenge: The Challenge: If you have  smartphone, download the YouVersion Bible App. Once you have the app, go to the 23rd Psalm. Read it in the King James Version of The Bible. Then, stay on this Psalm, but start reading it slowly in various translations. As you go to each translation, of the 23rd Psalm, simply read it slowly. Ancient Proverb #2

I n All Your Ways Submit To God And He will Direct Your Path . Proverbs 3:6 (NIV) As we continue along our journey in making  eternal life wise choices, we certainly need to follow the plan of yesterday's blog, and  trust in the Lord, as well as not limit our choices to our mere point of view. Now, if we really choose to be wise, we must certainly give this verse 6, of these God guidance proverbs, prayerful and careful consideration. If we really want Divine guidance,  we must be "all in." And we must be submissive to have the miracle of Ancient Wisdom guiding and directing our lives. What are we saying here?  Well, that is a good question. In all our ways, that means leaving none out, we have only one responsibility. That responsibility is to submit to God.  Or as the KJV says, " In all your ways acknowledge Him." That is we need to simply ask God what God thinks, and we need to ask Him for His help and guidance. Keep in mind how much greater is His

The Most Popular Proverbs (# 1)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,  and don't lean on your own understanding . Proverbs 3:5 The Trust Factor I have done some research into the most popular sought after Ancient Wisdom of the Bible. The most sought after is, in my opinion, a really good God direction for everyday living. For it tells us exactly where to place our trust. For Christ Followers, this may not come as a surprise because trusting in God, no matter what happens in life, is like having an eternal and present refuge for each new day; however, we are not talking about just barely placing our faith in Him. It's a, " With ALL your heart" kind of trust.  It's betting your whole life on the Creator, through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. And while I use the word "betting," I can assure you that this is no gamble. It is, however, one of the most important and safe choices you or I could make. If you have trust issues, or you do not, this is the Ancient Wisdom for y

A Wisdom Thought: "ON GUARD!"

Guard your heart, above all else, because it determines the course of your life.  Proverbs 14:23 You have a choice, and so do I, on the direction our lives will take today. It is an "inside job." It begins with your heart. It begins with mine, and God - through Jesus- can help you. Let Him transform you. Let Him apply His Eternal Covenant to your life, as you daily surrender to God, through Jesus, by the  power of The Holy Spirit. Then, something miraculous will happen:  God WILL write His laws on your heart. He will put them in  your mind, and all your sins and lawless acts, He simply will choose not to remember. (HEB. 10:15 and following verses.) Guard your heart today and watch what happens. Make it a priority today and every single day God gives you. This spiritual practice will determine God's positive outcome for your life ... one day at a time. Be blessed today...especially today! Sojourner #MakeTheNationsGodly #MakeAmericaGodly
