A K.I.S.S From God. Or Praying It Simple
The old Prophet, Jeremiah, made a simple, but life changing, statement. Check it out: "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." (Jeremiah 33:3) It is like 2+2=4. Yes Jeremiah is smarter than a 5 th grader, especially when it come to connecting with God. Don't make prayer some difficult exposition of so called holy words. A simple heart felt call on the Almighty will bring God's answer that is... well you can read it in red above. Jesus told us the same thing and exemplified it with The Lord's Prayer. Depending on your translation it is only 66 words. Yet it covers some really powerful issues of prayer important to God. It is the perfect model for praying.
