Ephesians 6:14b As we continue looking at how to clothe ourselves in Christ, by putting on the Armor of God, we now come to a very important part of our spiritual clothing that gives us grace to “Be strong in the Lord, and in His mighty power.” And it also gives us the power to “stand against the Devil’s schemes.” After determining to walk in THE Truth, by committing ourselves to the truth by putting on the belt of truth. We now come the highly important “breast plate of righteousness.” And it’s all about standing firm , as we put on the belt of truth, and now, “the breast plate of righteousness."" There is a reason Paul begins the armor of God with the command to "STAND" as we go out to face each day, before we advance, before we attempt anything —we are told simply to plant our feet.
