O nce you were alienated from God and an enemy in your own mind, but now HE has reconciled us by Christ physical body, through death, to present you holy, in HIS sight, without blemish and free from ALL accusations, If you continue in the faith not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. Colossians 1:21-23 One quick look at this passage and you will see that God is not worried about what you once were ... alienated from God. God is not concerned about what you once did. God is more concerned about what you can become. What A DEAL!!!!!! Don't know about you, but I know for a fact, that there was a time in my life where I felt I was alienated from God. And I lived such that God had every reason to NOT want ANYTHING to do with me. BUT... take another look at this passage and you will see the alienation IS more with US than it IS with God.
