GOD'S WILL: Building and Becoming The Church

19. Consequently, you are no longer foreigner and strangers, but you are fellow citizens,  with God's people, and you are also members of His household, 20. Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus, himself, as the chief cornerstone. 21.  IN Him the whole building is joined together, and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 22.  And in Him you too are being built together to become a dwelling a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit. When Death Becomes a Part of Life: A Word About Heaven

Image
When Death Becomes A part of Life:  When death becomes a part of life, it is accompanied by grief and a troubled heart. In John 14: 1-6, this is precisely what is going on as Jesus teaches His disciples, and us, 21 centuries later. In this sacred Word of God, that will sustain you and me during one of the hardest times in life, Jesus speaks clearly, dearly, with love, compassion and tenderness about Heaven. Faith is not passive. Paul doesn’t say, “Hold on to faith somewhere nearby.” He says, "take it up! Lift it! Raise it! Use it!" Yes! We choose to walk in faith! In the Roman world, a soldier’s...
