A Christ Follower: The Journey

  All Saints Day Yesterday, October 31st, was All Hallows Eve. This day is the evening before All Saints Day. Sadly, this special day of getting ready to remember, and celebrate, the lives of sisters and brothers, in the Lord, who have gone on to Heaven, somehow morphed into Halloween. This spooks, ghosts and goblins day has zero to do with the godly preparation day preceding a sacred day.  One thing is for certain. Each of us, who are Christ-Followers, have some very special people waiting for us to meet them during the first Resurrection or when we, too, finally go home to Heaven. Roll Call  On All Hallows Eve , I contacted a few people to help me develop a roll call of particularly exceptional loved ones. Each of these Children of God, and Heirs of God's Kingdom, (See Ephesians 1:1 and Ephesians 1:3-14)  who have graduated to their eternal reward, are greatly missed by us here on earth. 🤔 How To Be Blessed As God's Pure Success Story.  🤔  Being a blessed person, or persons, can definitely be experienced, by Christ Followers, via allowing the miracles of right way living to occur. That's correct! We are given power to live in righteousness (rightwayness) through faith in our Lord-- and Savior - Jesus, by the power of The Holy Spirit. Indeed God blesses people to live in the right way.🙏  And when I say "in the right way," I mean God's authentic, and absolutely true definition, of what HE says is right. I am not talking about the counterfeit secular humanist view of what they call truth and what they call right. God rejects the secular humanist viewpoint out right.  Psalm 1:1   For HE gives us the grace to not be wicked, nor sinful people, who break HIS law, and who ignore God's will.  HE gives us grace to not be people who are a part of the mob mocking mentality crowd!  Psalm 1:2 HE gives us grace to feed on The 🍞 Bread 🍞 of life, ...

 Please, pray Hurricane Ian will: 1.  Move more  quickly.  2. Please pray it will,  though pressure systems, move towards cooler water and lower population areas where far less damage can occur.  3. Please pray for Upper Level Disturbances  4. Pray for  wind shear. 5. Pray for dry air.      #, 3, 4, and 5 will make it weaker.  6. Never forget, Christ Followers, our God still rules the winds and waves.  7.  Hi, I guess you might call me a walking miracle: At least, my Primary Care Doctor, and my Cardiologist think so. A couple of years ago, I asked my Cardiologist, given I have Cardiomyopathy, Coronary Artery Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, "What is my prognosis?" He shook his head, turned to look at me, and he said, "You don't have one!" He reviewed my history, and he said, "With all you have gone through, you should have lived only 5 years, but you are still here." Then he said, take each day as a  gift." I chuckled. He asked me, "What are you laughing about." I told him, "You all have been telling me this for 22 years."  It's now 23 years. Wow! What's the secret? The secret is I daily turn this body over to the Lord, and I offer it as a living sacrifice to the Lord, and I do so every single day of my life.
