Dear God , I kneel before you, Holy Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, and   I pray that, out of Your  glorious riches,    You  may strengthen us with power through Your Holy Spirit in our inner beings. I pray this   so that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith. And I pray that , being rooted and established in love, we may have power, together with all the Saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,   and to know this love that surpasses knowledge —that we may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.  Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Back in the days of The American Civil War President Abraham Lincoln developed the Emancipation Proclamation , effectively freeing the slaves from slavery in The United States; yet, if you were to go to the plantations to where the slaves had been enslaved, you would see that they stayed slaves.  Nothing changed for them?  Why? The answer is simple:  They did not see themselves as being free.  They did not believe they were free.  The did not renounce the lie they were slaves.  So they kept living and acting like slaves... many until they day they died.  However, some stepped out on faith and their lives were changed forever.  They knew that they were free, and they acted accordingly. They believed they were free. They renounced the lie of being slaves.  They received the truth that they were free, and so they were free... in spite of their Task Masters . No temptation has seized you except what is common to human kind.   Remember this:  God is faithful, and      HE will not let your struggles be more than you can handle.    Also remember, when you are tempted, HE will provide a way out so that  you can endure your challenge. Paraphrase 1 Corinthians 10:13 Things To Consider: 1 Others Have Gone Through Your Challenge With The Help of The Almighty. 2 God DID NOT Cause The Struggle. He is NOT putting Anything On you, He is your Deliverer. God IS your helper in Your Hour of Need. 3 He Will Faithfully Provide You A Way To Make It Through... Even when no way is apparent. Old Johnny Appleseed knew what he was doing planting all those seeds throughout his region, and he expected a harvest to be reaped that was hundreds of thousands of times greater than he had sown. He received exactly what he expected.   When he planted those apple seeds, he was intentional: He was intentional about what he wanted to grow, and he was intentional about what he did not want.  In other words he was NOT expecting peas, okra, squash, watermelon or oranges.  He was expecting apples. So he sowed the right seed , at the right time in the right place , and he did it on purpose .  Needless to say he demonstrated a fruitful life.  He demonstrated reciprocal sowing and reaping.  He indeed did reap what he had sown.
