A Christ Follower: The Journey

Today, ACLJ attorneys confirmed with Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani's attorney in Iran, Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, that the death sentence still stands. Mr. Dadkhah stated that at the end of yesterday's hearing, three of the five judges appeared to be leaning toward annulling Pastor Youcef's sentence.  Recognizing, however, that the judges' decision is not final and may be swayed by outside pressure before delivering the final verdict, he urges the international community to continue to cry out for Pastor Youcef's unconditional release until he walks free from the jailhouse. When all the voices fall silent, and no one even speaks,  I am so grateful to the Almighty that that He speaks ...and speaks ... and speaks. As we listen to Him speaking He gives us strength so that we will not fall. It is then that He gives us  wisdom  to experience the ONE who is ALL In ALL  It is then He gives us the ability to pray for that which we would have never prayed... if we had listened for mere human voices to guide what we say when we pray. Through the silence, He gives us what others think we have not even heard; nevertheless ...  we hear distinctly His silent HOLY Words. When God does this, He empowers us " to abide" And in this abiding we find Him deep inside.  I n this sweet communion, we pray according to His will. Praise God for this Miraculous Wisdom!!! Life is an adventure, come what may. This life is truly like a vapor. Though when we are young, we can hardly see the mist.  I guess this is a Divine blessing until loved ones pass and they are suddenly... well... they are missed.  But know for sure this earthly/eternal truth:   Death is part of living. and when this transitory earthly journey evaporates, Christ Followers find that  life is just beginning.  So make it a goal to dream big dreams,  and be sure to live one day at a time.   For life is truly an adventure where God controls all the reason and rhyme. You can be sure, for a time, we may miss our loved ones who are no longer here; yet one day when our life's vapor passes from this earthly sphere, we will once again hold them so very close... so very near and dear. Abiding with Jesus is the foundational principle for life, growth, renewal,  and fruitful living:  As a branch can do no-thing without being connected and remaining in the vine, even so a Christ Follower can BE NO-thing without being still one day at a time (In Christ) as he/she truly lives  in the moment.  There really is a season in life when the Lord does NOT say, "Don't just sit there do something."  There is actually a season when he says, "Don't just do something... sit there ."  "Be still and know God." Well what about when trouble comes?  Good question.  On these occasions, the the Christ Follower does well accepting any  hardship in life as being under God's control and HIS pathway to peace.  Why?  Because nothing takes God by surprise! Therefore, by faith, keep putting one foot in front of the other, and  continue to abide in the Lord and follow the Holy Spirit's lead.   God will not only allow...

Living today (in this very moment) after you have surrendered to God's eternal vision, is a visionary way of living a peaceful journey that will (moment by moment) guide you in Christ Like living. Receiving the Peace of Christ  helps our hearts to not be troubled nor afraid. This comes directly from THE PRINCE OF PEACE   who  produces a spirit of peace making; and it creates in  us a deep abiding peace, which in turn forms us into peace makers.  This also gives us a healthy, whole, happy and merciful sense of well being. Yes indeed! Yeshua is the one that produces in us the peace that surpasses anything we can comprehend.  HE is indeed the God of Peace.                Y'all Be Blessed Now...
