A Simple Way To Please God

Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God
must believe that God is, and that God is a  rewarder of those who 
diligently seek Him
Hebrews 11:6

Overcoming The Impossible

Is it impossible to please God? Well ... yes and no. God gets great pleasure out of His children simply believing what He promises His children. But choosing not to believe God is absolutely the number one way to get on what humans might call "the bad side of God."  Say What?  Think of it this way, it brings God so much pleasure when each of us take seriously that "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth him will not perish but will have eternal life. For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. Those who believe in Him are not condemned, but those who do not believe are condemned already...." Why? Because they have not "believed in the name of His only begotten Son." The believer, pleases God, and all condemnation is taken away for any and all of our sins.  The one who doesn't believe, doesn't get the benefit of forgiveness nor transformation. As a matter of fact, in 1 John 5:10, the Creator considers the non believers lack of faith tantamount to calling God a liar. I don't think being called a liar is pleasing to anyone, especially the almighty. 

The Person of Faith

A person of faith takes God at His Word: As Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith is the certainty of things hoped for and the proof of things not seen"  Any person who believes that Jesus coming into the world was/is a gift, pleases God, and will be VERY pleased, to find that this believing empowers her or him to experience eternal life.  Eternal life means to share in God's life forever. This starts from the moment faith is focused on Jesus -- God Son. In other words, God the Father, and The Son, actually take up residence in the life of the one who believes this via The Holy Spirit. Why? Because we are certain it is true, and God saying it is all the proof we need.  This definitely pleases God.

Your Choice

It's your choice, and it really is very simple. If God makes a promise, believe it, receive it and simply walk in it. Given that some estimate that the Bible is replete with 3,000, or more precious promises,  from God, why not find the pleasure of eternal life? Why not share in God's life forever? Why not simply believe what God says to you? Why not make it your determined and deliberate choice to believe God. If not, there is no other way to please God. Without faith, it really is impossible to please God; nevertheless, God will indeed be pleased with you, as His son or daughter, and He will  reward you, if you are determined to believe God and seek God, through His Son Jesus.

We Can Be So Much More.

   We Can Be So Much More:  Let us learn about the powerful identity God the Father gives us, through our being IN Christ Jesus by the power of The Holy Spirit. Let us embrace our God given Eternal Inheritance.  ( Ephesians 1:3-14)  Let us get up, each morning and give ourselves up to God. (Romans 12:1-2.)  Let us wake up! And practice Gods practice of putting off the deeds of darkness, of being empowered to behave decently, like people who live in the day time. (Romans 13:11-14) Let us cloth our selves, in Jesus, by putting on the full armor of God each day! This will make us strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and it will give us all we need to stand against the Devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-20) Let us submit to God, and resist the Devil so he will have to flee from us. (James 4:7) Learn all we can about the enemy and know he has no authority over us.
