Bought And Paid For

Do you not know that your bodies are Temples of The Holy Spirit
Who is in you, whom you received from God?
Your are NOT your own; 
You were bought with a price.
Therefore, honor God with your bodies.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

     If you have given your life to Jesus who is the Christ, don't fall into the trap of the world view that says such things as "It's my life and I will do what I want.  It's my mind and I will think what I want."  Or, "You only go around once in life so reach for the gusto." All of this is wrong,  and it will leave you with a life pattern that may help you muddle through, but it will not help you live free from the bondage to sin and death.

     So let me ask you these questions: Don't you know that your body is the Temple of The Holy Spirit? Don't you know that The Almighty God has taken up residence within His Holy Temple which is indeed you.  Are you not aware of the VERY important fact your are not your own?  Don't you know that Jesus bought you out of slavery to sin and death when He shed His blood, sacrificed His body, and after dying rose again?  Do you have any idea that, because He now lives, He gives you the resurrection power to live a godly life? And finally, since God gives you His Holy Spirit's Power to overcome, do you know how free you really are to  choose to really live?

Therefore, step out on faith.  Honor God by giving your body to Him everyday as a living sacrifice, and be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Yield to Him so that you will not conform to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Do this so that you can test and prove what God's will is.   His will for you and everyone is good, pleasing and perfect.

We Can Be So Much More.

   We Can Be So Much More:  Let us learn about the powerful identity God the Father gives us, through our being IN Christ Jesus by the power of The Holy Spirit. Let us embrace our God given Eternal Inheritance.  ( Ephesians 1:3-14)  Let us get up, each morning and give ourselves up to God. (Romans 12:1-2.)  Let us wake up! And practice Gods practice of putting off the deeds of darkness, of being empowered to behave decently, like people who live in the day time. (Romans 13:11-14) Let us cloth our selves, in Jesus, by putting on the full armor of God each day! This will make us strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and it will give us all we need to stand against the Devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-20) Let us submit to God, and resist the Devil so he will have to flee from us. (James 4:7) Learn all we can about the enemy and know he has no authority over us.   Jesus Rock Solid Teaching Regarding Picking Leaders Matthew 7:15-23      "Watch out for false prophets! They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves!  By their fruits you shall recognize them!  Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, and every bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does NOT bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus by their fruit you will recognize them. Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but ONLY those who do the will of my Father in Heaven. Many will say to me on the day they give account of their lives, 'Lord, Lord' did we not prophesy in your name, and in you name drive out demons, and in your name perform many miracles?  Then I will tell them plainly, ' I never knew you!
