God Is Thinkiing About You, Exponentially

17 How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! 18 Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand— when I awake, I am still with you.
Psalm 139:17-18

There is a word we throw around a whole lot in these United States of America, in which I live.  The word is ..... "AWESOME!"  Well... I am about to share some awesome stuff with you.  And it finds it rock bottom foundation in the Bible words written above. Check out what is really being said.  God's thoughts toward you and me out number the grains of sand:

Here is challenge: Go out on the beach or just to a sand pile with a T spoon.  Dip it in the sand and get a big ole scoop.  Now, moisten your finger and put it to the sand.  Look at it and attempt to count that sand.  I am telling you, it will not be easy to count that sand; however, this assignment is not over.  NEXT, after you have counted the sand on your finger tip, rub that finger dry and then moisten it again.  I am sure you cannot count all the grains of sand in that T spoon.

Sometimes we don't feel like God is around.  Sometimes we feel like God is a million miles away, and we feel as if we are the least likely person or persons to be given any little ole consideration by the ALMIGHTY!!!!  WRONG!  While you are a "frettin," I am a "bettin" God is thinking about you exponentially. And if you don't believe it, then you are believing the WRONG thing! I invite you to change your view point.

Read ALL of Psalm 139.  I guarantee God KNOWS you, and HE knows ALL about you.  Come on... you can do it.  Get out that dusty old Bible and check out this faith building passage that will help you see you as God sees you.  Did you get that Bible out yet?  Come on.  Its Psalm 139.  Open up that Bible and read it Reeeeeealllllllllllll slow. YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN! 

Listen: God thinks about you all the time.  Are you wounded? You are not forgotten.  Are you alone?  You are not forgotten.  Dad... is there little or no work for you?  You are NOT forgotten.  Brother/Sister, are you unemployed?  You are not forgotten.  Are your relationships less than you want?  You are NOT forgotten. Soldier,Sailor, Airman, Marine, Coastie,Veteran... do you feel no one cares?  You are not forgotten. Are you worn out doing that thing you feel is just not right...parenting your parent and removing their liberty as it breaks your heart.  You are NOT forgotten! You may be sick and tired of being sick and tired.  YOU are NOT forgotten.  Single mother trying to scrape by and rear your kids I want you to know you are not forgotten. No matter how short is the money, no matter how deep the valley, how hot the desert sand, how cold the night, how damp and wet the winter.... y-o-u are NOT alone.  Feed on God's word.  Read it again and again.  Make it your own.  Let faith rise up and warm your soul!Then...

We Can Be So Much More.

   We Can Be So Much More:  Let us learn about the powerful identity God the Father gives us, through our being IN Christ Jesus by the power of The Holy Spirit. Let us embrace our God given Eternal Inheritance.  ( Ephesians 1:3-14)  Let us get up, each morning and give ourselves up to God. (Romans 12:1-2.)  Let us wake up! And practice Gods practice of putting off the deeds of darkness, of being empowered to behave decently, like people who live in the day time. (Romans 13:11-14) Let us cloth our selves, in Jesus, by putting on the full armor of God each day! This will make us strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and it will give us all we need to stand against the Devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-20) Let us submit to God, and resist the Devil so he will have to flee from us. (James 4:7) Learn all we can about the enemy and know he has no authority over us.
