THE SPIRITUALITY OF FACE BOOK AND TWITTER

Ephesians 1:13
 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit

On those days when I twitter and tweet and connect on face book, I am completely amazed how much of peoples lives they are willing to share with their friends, friends of friends, and in some cases everyone: Feelings are expressed freely. Wants waft through the cyberspace of these connectional sites with ease. Thoughts are thrown to the world wide web in a wonderful (some cases not so wonderful) way.  Music and Poetry of all kinds are shared in an attempt to "share" the real me that is me.  Pictures, prayer request, potential struggles, present struggles,  powerful joys, praise reports, sorrows and other happenings of our loved ones (with us and gone on to their eternal reward), are all there. And they are "shared" with the secure (maybe not so secure) knowledge that those who receive them really do care.  They are shared with the desire to not be alone.  They are shared to be included.

To be included is indeed a wonderful glorious thing. The pain of rejection is the opposite, and it hurts when we are NOT accepted.   We need to be important and a part of the whole.  We need to be connected to people who think we matter and who matter to us.  And when they some how break that connection, it hurts more than words can sometimes express.  Yes, the spirituality of Face Book and  Twitter flows across this planet with blinding speed as each one cries out "Please see me, hear me, feel me, love me, help me, "friend" me.  Please include me. It's in our spiritual DNA.

This desire has a more deeper plane that goes to the heart, soul and even to the spirit of the matter.  It finds its rest deep within us.  And there is only ONE who can truly fill that empty space and empty place completely. We all have done something wrong.  We have broken the ancient rules of eternity. We have DE- friended the ONE who would be the best friend we could ever imagine. We have rejected He whom Ancient Wisdom Writing says is pure LOVE.  Yet rather than reject us, He has reached out to "FRIEND" us.  He has  made it possible for our names a to be placed  in data base the Bible calls The Book Of Life.  He removes the sin virus from the hard drive of our soul so we can live more fully... so we can live eternally... so can be complete and whole.   And, as the WORD above says, we will be" INCLUDED" in God's family IN Christ, as we hear this "Word of Truth" this Gospel of your Salvation." AND we will be SECURE in THIS "CONNECTION" once and for all.

Now Abba has set up this eternal site before this old planet was ever created. Before cyber space was ever put in place or we had anything resembling "My Space,"  He made our connection with Him (God) possible through His Son, Jesus.  He wants to include you in His  friends list.   He even has prepared a home for you. He has done all that needs to be done for you to be "connected" or included.  Now sign up.  "Friend" Him.  ( Make Psalm 51 your connection code.)  Learn what it is like to be really connected to the source of eternal life.  Then ...

 THE MEGA PROBLEM OF "PRIDE" Our country, and especially our leaders, have stolen a God Covenant Symbol-- THE RAINBOW-- which declares God's judgment for unholy living will never be accomplished through flood waters; however,  this doesn't mean God will NOT judge a nation,  or planet that is sin filled and full of pride.  We are living in a time that Jesus describes, in the Bible,  as "The Days of Noah." We Can Be So Much More.

   We Can Be So Much More:  Let us learn about the powerful identity God the Father gives us, through our being IN Christ Jesus by the power of The Holy Spirit. Let us embrace our God given Eternal Inheritance.  ( Ephesians 1:3-14)  Let us get up, each morning and give ourselves up to God. (Romans 12:1-2.)  Let us wake up! And practice Gods practice of putting off the deeds of darkness, of being empowered to behave decently, like people who live in the day time. (Romans 13:11-14) Let us cloth our selves, in Jesus, by putting on the full armor of God each day! This will make us strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and it will give us all we need to stand against the Devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-20) Let us submit to God, and resist the Devil so he will have to flee from us. (James 4:7) Learn all we can about the enemy and know he has no authority over us.   Jesus Rock Solid Teaching Regarding Picking Leaders Matthew 7:15-23      "Watch out for false prophets! They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves!  By their fruits you shall recognize them!  Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, and every bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does NOT bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus by their fruit you will recognize them. Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but ONLY those who do the will of my Father in Heaven. Many will say to me on the day they give account of their lives, 'Lord, Lord' did we not prophesy in your name, and in you name drive out demons, and in your name perform many miracles?  Then I will tell them plainly, ' I never knew you!
