BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION


The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, yieldedness to God (Meekness), and self control. (Galatians 5:22-23)


It always amazes me that God wants to have such a positive impact on our lives.  He miraculously accomplishes a transformation that includes all the good mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23. (Check it out in blue above.)   The question is "How?" How does God accomplish this miracle?

He does this when I turn over my wrong way living (SIN)  to God's Son (Jesus) and ask Jesus to be "the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world," FOR ME. I turn from being INDEPENDENT of God to being DEPENDENT on God for true life.  

Then the MIRACLE begins:  Because this transformation is identified as "fruit of the Spirit," it does not necessarily occur all at once.  Like fruit it takes time. As I DAILY trust the LORD & yield to the LORD (Did I say DAILY? YUP! I said d-a-i-l-y,), God's Spirit works this miracle of transformation. I NO longer have to be a slave to the old ways that will rob me of life (see Galatians 5:19-21).  I am now free to REALLY LIVE... one day at a time.  WAHOO!

Now I know for some this sounds kind of cheesy.  And I know that for some, everything in you tries to say "it ain't so... at least not for me."  That's okay because it is so anyway.  You just need to decide what you are going to do.  Live? Or Die?  Choose to live today and be transformed... today. "Let go and Let God.  He will take care of the rest... just for today. The good news is that each today turns into your everyday:o)

We Can Be So Much More.

   We Can Be So Much More:  Let us learn about the powerful identity God the Father gives us, through our being IN Christ Jesus by the power of The Holy Spirit. Let us embrace our God given Eternal Inheritance.  ( Ephesians 1:3-14)  Let us get up, each morning and give ourselves up to God. (Romans 12:1-2.)  Let us wake up! And practice Gods practice of putting off the deeds of darkness, of being empowered to behave decently, like people who live in the day time. (Romans 13:11-14) Let us cloth our selves, in Jesus, by putting on the full armor of God each day! This will make us strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and it will give us all we need to stand against the Devil's schemes. (Ephesians 6:10-20) Let us submit to God, and resist the Devil so he will have to flee from us. (James 4:7) Learn all we can about the enemy and know he has no authority over us.   Jesus Rock Solid Teaching Regarding Picking Leaders Matthew 7:15-23      "Watch out for false prophets! They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves!  By their fruits you shall recognize them!  Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, and every bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does NOT bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus by their fruit you will recognize them. Not everyone who says to me 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but ONLY those who do the will of my Father in Heaven.
